Shipping Within India

We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India.

• Shipping time: 24 – 72 hrs for ‘Available in Stock’ items
• Shipping time: 14 business days for ‘Make to order’ items

All shipments will be processed once full payment is received.

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. But kindly ensure that either you or someone in your blood relative is available to receive the courier. The delivery person may ask you for an OTP and an identity proof to hand over your jewellery.

Courier Partner

We use specialised courier partners like Sequel Global Logistics, BVC Logistics, DTDC, Bluedart, etc., to deliver your product. Once dispatched, our team will share the proof of dispatch that will have a unique tracking number.

Packaging

Every jewellery package from us is delivered to you in an exclusive Izora box along with the relevant certificates and invoices. The package will arrive at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Gift Packaging

In case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer free gift packing, along with a gift message of your choice. The recipient will receive your gift in distinctive Izora India packaging. So whether you order a gift to give to your loved ones personally, or want us to deliver it, the recipient is sure to be impressed.

For security and insurance purposes, our team may request identity proof from the designated recipient of the parcel, ensuring a safe and secure delivery.
