Exchange & Buy Back
We offer a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy on all purchases made from Izora India.
Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade
If you choose to exchange your product, the value of the exchanged product will be credited to your Izora India account and you can purchase any other product with the same. The value cannot be encashed. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Izora shall not be accepted for buy-back or exchange. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the value of the product after giving a justification for the same.
Lifetime Buy-Back
If you choose to return the product for buy-back, the buy-back value will be paid to you via bank transfer within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
Determination of Value of Exchange or Buy-Back

*Current market value will be determined on the date of buyback or exchange
Important Notes:
- The product along with the original product certificate can be returned for buy-back or exchange basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges, taxes and Rs.1,000 towards processing charges.
- Buyback and exchange are not applicable on stones and pearls.
- Original Invoice and certificate (IGI, SGL) must be produced for buy-back/exchange.
- Loss of certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat – whichever is higher.
- In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/diamonds/stones/making charges value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price on the date of buyback/exchange and then buyback/exchange value will be calculated.
- In the event the item is damaged, or missing stones, a proportional amount would be deducted from the exchange value.
- Products bought from any place other than Izora stores or Izora website will not be eligible for buyback/exchange.
- The e-Points/rewards/benefits used while placing an order will be deducted from the buyback/exchange value.
- In case the product was earlier purchased through the EMI system, we will deduct an amount equivalent to non-paid EMI in addition to the above-mentioned deductions.
Shipping & Insurance
Shipping and Insurance of orders to the customer’s address is borne by Izora India. Reverse shipping is scheduled by Izora India and is covered in the processing charge of Rs. 1,000/- charged at the time of Buyback and Exchange.
