A shimmering tale of reinventing the diamond story in Surat, the diamond capital of India is being written. As India is emerging as the second largest producer of lab grown diamonds, the three pioneering business minds behind Izora understood and evaluated the growth of this industry and brought their collective acumen to build a brand that designed fine lab grown diamond jewelry making never before accessible designs available to a broader audience.
With a combined experience of over 70 years, Vikas Almal, Ritesh Jain, and Tanishq Jain brought their mutual passion for diamonds together to introduce to the audience a world where diamonds could indeed be everyone’s best friend.
Vikas Almal joined the diamond manufacturing industry in 1995, fuelling his passion to fire up the business of crafting diamonds, to extract the most quality value out of a diamond rough until he excelled in manufacturing large solitaires. Having built and grown with the diamond industry, the boom of the lab grown diamond industry landscape became apparent to him and the pivot was the most perceivable next step to take.
Ritesh Jain made his way through the world of facets that taught him how to make the cut, how to stand out, and how to shine. His own venture in the year 2005 connected him with India’s leading diamond jewelry brands. His unwavering commitment to understanding customer needs, their dreams, their occasions, momentous and small, brought him closer to building the design philosophy of Izora, a philosophy that would help create fine jewelry suited for all people
Tanishq Jain is a second generation entrepreneur in the diamond industry. With a pulse on the rapidly growing lab grown diamond industry, he identified an opportunity to bring to Indian customers with a conscience easier access to leading designs in diamond jewelry.
The Plot
Barely a decade into lab-grown diamonds finding their footing, a place in people’s hearts, and open arms from designers and creative folks, Izora took on the role of what is known as the first mover. A move to open up an entirely new world of fine diamond jewelry designs where the diamonds are made with immense knowledge, with technology perfected over multiple decades, with a sense of disrupting a market that deserved to be taken on a more conscious path considering the many lives it touches and becomes a part of.
The Setting
Located in Surat, our manufacturing unit houses both the lab-grown diamond factory as well as the production unit creating jewelry pieces under the trained eyes of innovative, skilled artisans and designers. This space is what allows us to bring to you a plethora of designs for you to choose from.
